		<description>I think this is good advice. I&#039;ve switched over to Truvia since finding out my C-Reactive Protein level is high. Knowing that my sugar craving is probably the culprit, I&#039;m also (trying) to switch to more naturally sweet foods like fruit. I&#039;ve been gradually reducing the sugar I use in other foods, and it&#039;s surprising how quickly my taste buds are being converted :-)</description>
